Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Renewable energy adoption is crucial for addressing energy poverty and mitigating the impacts of climate change. In Jalingo LGA, Taraba State, public relations (PR) has the potential to promote the adoption of renewable energy technologies by raising awareness, dispelling myths, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. PR strategies such as educational campaigns, media advocacy, and community workshops can play a significant role in demonstrating the benefits of renewable energy and encouraging public acceptance.
